1/5 Coil Car
Coil car explanation:
Function: A coil car is used to smoothly transfer the metal coil from fork lift or crank to the mandrel of the decoiler.
Safety: Equipped with 2 limitting arms on each side, which can effectively hold the coil and prevent it from falling to the side
Endurance: The coil car for GLK-H series is different from the other series. Coil car of this series has a pair of rollers with wear-resistant treatment as the bearings surface with the loaded coil.
Automation: A hydraulic motor drives the coil car to move forward and backward, with the throttle for speed adjustment. A hydraulic cylinder with a pressure valve powers the vertical / up-and-down movement of the coil car.

2/5 Decoiler Machine
Function: The decoiler machine, which is also called the uncoiler, or say coil reel, is a supporting and discharging rack, which locates the metal coil on the spindle of the uncoiler rack and uncoil strip from the coil.
Work Principle: During the uncoiling operation, the spindle will rotate automatically to allow the strip discharge at the needed speed.
Hold-down arm: The hold-down arm is a hydraulic-driven pressing arm, with motorized PU wheel. It can avoid uncontrolled coil disperse.
Limiting arms: The limiting arms are located at the upper left of the uncoiler rack, the two arms are two rollers treated with hardening process. The internal roller is fixed to the position, and the outer roller can be moved to lock and unlock the coil by electric control. After the coil is loaded on the spindle, the outside roller, driven by pneumatic cylinder, swings back to the locked position. Limiting arms are used to locate the coil in the width direction, and prevent the metal strip from slipping during the uncoiling process.


3/5 Coil-Threading-Swing Arm
Function: With this swing arm, the metal strip can be clamped, and lead the strip from uncoiler to the straightener part smoothly.
Automation: The coil-thread-swing arm is hydraulic cylinder driven and electric controlled.
Work Principles: There are 2pcs of coil inlet rollers support the strip be feed into straightener, they share driven power with straightener part, with gear transmission, and the surface treatment is electric chroming sandblasted.
4/5 Straightener Feeder
Function: The servo straightener feeder will straighten the metal strip and feed it into the stamping equipment such as punch press machine. The feeding pitch can be set at different length and speed on the touch screen.
Endurance: GLK-H series has groups of support rollers for machine strength when handling high tensile and yield strength materials. All the rollers are fabricated with high carbon chromium bearing steel, and the surface is hard chrome grinded, giving a hardness of HRC60 degrees. And the straightening rollers are supported by deep groove ball bearings from NSK.
Operation: The straightening value is adjusted by electric control at 0.1mm precision, and the feeding precision is 0.15mm for feeding length within 500mm.


5/5 Coil Tailout Bracket
For coil end handling, HE has designed a bracket with many electroplated hard chrome rollers. They help to feed the metal strip from the coil handling system to stamping equipment smoothly.
