Smooth Coil Threading Support
This series adopts adjustable coil guide rollers and a pneumatic coil hold-up arm for smooth coil threading. The pneumatic threading assist swing device prevents coil lifting and guides material into the straightener.
Precision Feeding Performance
Featuring world-leading electronic control systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB) for feeding control and a pneumatic pilot release to eliminate feeding tolerance, it maintains a feeding accuracy of +/- 0.1mm for feeding lengths up to 500mm.
