A Straightforward and Reliable Feed System

The uncoiler and coil feeder feature independent control systems and a sensor rack for loop control, enabling easy installation and operation.

Various Configuration Options

HE offers various configurations based on your material specifications. For uncoilers, two expansion types (manual and hydraulic) are available for different coil weight ranges.

For flexible metal coil materials, a hold-down arm is provided. This pneumatic device with a non-motorized PU rubber wheel applies pressure to the coil surface to prevent loop rebounding during uncoiling.

A contact sensor rack detects and controls the material loop; an induction rod is available if required. Some uncoilers are equipped with a coil car for smooth coil loading.

HE provides both high-precision and conventional straighteners to meet the straightening needs of different product stamping lines.

The HE servo feeder RNC series is the most popular option. Servo feeders with mechanical release (NCF) are also available for higher-speed requirements.
