1. Combined Uncoiler Straightener
   The decoiler and straightener feature a combined control system with a loop-type structure. It has a manual expansion uncoiler spindle for medium-duty coils under 3 tons, with a hydraulic expansion option for heavy-duty coils up to 7 tons. The uncoiler shaft is AC motor-driven with an inverter for variable speed control, large-pitch chain transmission, and a pneumatic disk brake system. It includes a pneumatic pressing arm for coil pressure and a pneumatic support arm for smooth uncoiling, the latter equipped with an Omron photoelectric sensor for loop control and abnormality detection.

An inlet support device (based on material type and thickness) enables fast, smooth strip entry into the straightening section. The coil inlet has a manual wheel to adjust limit rolls for different stock widths, with a maximum processable width of 1300mm.

HE straightening rolls, critical for precision, use high-quality bearing steel with strict heat treatment and hard chrome plating for long service life and precise performance. The standard configuration has 4 upper and 3 lower rolls, with pneumatic pressure and manual wheel adjustment.

2. Servo Coil Feeder with Standing Bracket
   The servo feeder in this multi-function loop-type line has an adjustable standing bracket with a manual wheel to set feeding line height for different mold heights. The bracket ensures more stable operation than direct press mounting.

Its classic design ensures a stable, reliable mechanical system with long service life and minimal maintenance. It features 4 feed rolls of high-quality bearing steel, hardened to HRC60±2. For special cases, the outlet roll can be rubberized to protect sensitive materials. Side gears drive the rollers with ISO 6 accuracy for precise movement.

The electric system meets European safety standards, with international brand electronic and pneumatic components ensuring reliability and easy maintenance.
